ok i had this urge to blog. which almost never happens, so yeah.

its friday of the so called 'holidays' and i swear i havent done anything.
stayed up till 3 this morning reading so i can finally get my 30 words for vocab..
so now i cant be bothered to do anything else.

anyhoo,

monday was leaders for leaders training session.
awesome time, though it wasnt that big of a training session.
hung out in MPR with nic, sarah, sharon, peirong...and got juniors to sing the school song over and over and OVER again...and then over the campus. HAHA. i love my job. seriously.
i LOVE working with the facils..its nice working with team players..they're so on, it makes life so much easier.. last minute planning rocked!
was in sch at like...10 was it? to do shoes. haha. and tadaa! the shoe factory was founded.

i must say, we're pretty damn good.

after chem on tues, 13 girls trodded back to my teeny weeny living room to continue our shoe labour. with pizza!! gossip much? the second the front door opened, sarah, amanda and pat hopped onto my dining sofa and yelped like helpless puppies. ironically due to my dog on the loose. (: lemme see, amanda yeo, nicole, clare, jasmine, gerry, judy, pat, sarah ee, sarah g, stacy, gladys, emilia and me! absolute fun! not forgetting xiao qi, who was with us through technology. clare was the last to leave at almost 11.

i havent even opened my texts yet....but according to my darling steph, its ok, cos studying too early will cause me to 'lose steam'. hahahaha. if only i had steam to begin with.

gross huh? tht red blotch which looks almost the same size as my tonsils is a giant ulcer at the back of my throat. mum thought i had a throat infection so took me to the docs, only to find this. i could have diagnosed myself! hate the docs. hurts like hell. couldnt swallow the whole day! still cant eat, yawn, cough, sneeze, or move my tongue without serious pain. for the first time EVER, i watched a movie without popcorn. thts how bad it is.

has been my mood the past few weeks.

people can be so self righteous, so attention seeking, so needy.
I'm sure i am at times, im not saying im not. it's been driving me nuts. like grrr.

i think i deserve the right to defend dear innocent exco don't i?
especially when so degradingly insulted. (yeah i do notice i make up alot of words)

anyhoo, HALLOWEEN BBQ AT MR POH'S was AWESOME! (: had a BLAST in my geisha outfit. did all preparation at nicole's..then we all trooped down to mr poh's place in FULL COSTUME, make-up and all. freaked out primary sch kids who were coming out in buses after sch! the poor things. this kid went 'eew' at me. HAHA. shows the make-up was convincingly creepy ok! sarah and i hid behind my fan. (which i later found out is really from japan!) will post pics on a host site instead. i was soooooo impressed and pleasantly surprised when ALMOST everyone turned up in costume! all except one or two, not sure if coffee shop beer girl clare counts! sardines was funny! the game..we didnt actually bbq sardines..collapsed at nicole's after then cabbed home with stace.

tree planting day was more flyer-distributing day than anything else. most of exco turned up with heavy eyelids and giant eyebags. we had to wear itchy blue shirts, but we did good work. on the way stace and i met the G.O. lady taking out her trash! COINCIDENCE? like at 9am...it just so happened we were on her floor. had to explain ourselves to this chinese aunty..and while stacy uttered 'uhhh...erm...uh...' and muttered 'uh..gan jing gan jing'....in attempt to promote the fengshan cleanliness campaign. haha.
EXCO planted a tree! haha..

status: still on hiatus, but got a bit of free time for once.

breast cancer. my grandma has it, my grand aunt has it, one of my mum's best friends has it, and that friend's sister has it..it's everywhere. i realise mum and i are at serious risk huh. from my relatives that is..not from her friends. so i wore pink today. yes, because ive been making announcements this weeks, but also because its a personal issue and its for a good cause. so 80% of the student population failed to support breast cancer awareness, but i did, and i reminded exco, cac and the guides, thts abt all i could do. pink nails, pink clips, pink rubberband, pink CGYC shirt, pink shorts, pink shoes, pink polka-dotted socks, attempted pink hair, pink balloon i carried all day.

big day out was fun. the performance wasnt too bad. kinda pathetic in the drama room, but the sec 2s werent bad. helped out in dnt with amanda,stace,randi,sam,yeyeng,cristabelle and other prefects. relived childhood with stainglass thingies, which got smudged and damaged as i brought it home by the way. for the first time i wasnt hungry during chinese tution, thanks to mr roland's pizza! i did a compo in peace.

montfort student leader's bonding session was fun too! yo momma was uh....heh..amusing..and my group rocks! PASSION overall champions thankyouverymuch! whoo! doralyn (IJ toa payoh), grace(geylang methodist) and i presented our service learning powerpoint..haha. met the ACL of AISS, jasmine! she was the first person i talked to when i sat down. coincidence?

sch's suppose to be out..but we've got extended week. my cousin got 2 weeks last yr so im not gonna complain. went out with nooze today, she couldnt resist even though i refused to change out of my pinkness! (: 14ed straight to suntec to check out the dell kiosk! she popped my balloon while i was discussing specs with the guy...LOL. ive decided agaisnt an acer and macbook and vaio i THINK. going to funan with dad tmrw to explore my choices. FOR ONCE we actually made it to marina in less than an hour and without getting lost time and time again.

hardly got a reaction from the 'rents when i showed them my report book. they were really more concerned abt chris' results. i decided it was unfair to think that they couldnt be.

so now i think its macau, taiwan (dad wants to take us back to see our old sch and house and stuff..historical trip), Tokyo (again? yeah i know), Hakone (Hot springs, Mt Fuji), Taiwan, Macau, Hong Kong (for christmas! whoo!)

OMG..i can breathe, sleep, speak..and more importantly EAT normally again..

seriously, no kidding, you havent experienced exam meltdown till you've met me. thanks to all the ppl who have tolerated my hair-tearing, nerve-wrecking, mind-exploding hours..and i must say..SAC has some pretty cool teachers (:

english- uh...i doubt i can score..but ill do alright i hope. damn that tut.
chinese- HAHA. like..HAHA. lets see how my luck works for me this time
socialstudies- erm...hard to say. (thanks max! for the nerve-cooling! love you mucho!)
history- HAHA.
emath- fair i hope.. lots of sec 2 crap which we all know..again..HAHA.
amath- i so so so HOPE i did ok... i hecked emath for a...so this better be good
biology- completed paper 1 in less than half an hour..thts kinda worrying huh.. paper2 was a HUH?
physics- just as big a HAHA as chinese. imagine that.
chemistry- surprisingly ok...i THINK.

good news is cgyc presentation isnt till jan..so tht gives me extra time for other stuff too
